At Mount Rowan we are pleased to be able to offer aspirant and capable students access to the years 7 to 10 STEAM Academy program called Innovate.

Innovate is an acceleration program that combines Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics and Science through a series of cross curricula thematic inquiry activities that takes students deeper into the curriculum.

Students in Innovate follow the Mount Rowan documented curriculum and undertake extended investigations and immersive activities to explore themes, topics and integrated content in ways that allow them to build new knowledge for themselves. Each term the academy students undertake an exposition of their learning for parents, teachers and friends. This presentation is a critical strategy for embedding student learning.

With the growth of the Mount Rowan Innovate Program Expressions of Interest are run via our enrolment process. Places are limited and selection criteria apply.
