As Principal, I am proud to lead a school that is deeply committed to providing a high-quality education for every student in our care. At Mount Rowan, we serve a diverse and vibrant community and value the strong partnerships we have with our families and local area. Our motto, Together we grow and achieve, reflects our belief that learning is strengthened through connection, collaboration and a shared commitment to success. Through this, we create an environment where students are supported, challenged and encouraged to achieve their personal best.

We believe that every student can succeed, and we work deliberately to ensure that all students feel connected, confident and capable in their learning.
We are committed to evidence-informed practice and to continually improving our teaching to meet the needs of our students. Our classrooms are places where students are actively engaged, where learning is purposeful and where success is clearly defined. We place a strong emphasis on literacy and numeracy, while also providing a broad and engaging curriculum that allows students to explore their interests and strengths. As students move into their senior years, we provide clear and supported pathways through VCE and the VCE Vocational Major, alongside VET and school-based apprenticeships. Our focus is on ensuring that every student leaves Mount Rowan with the skills, knowledge and confidence to pursue their chosen pathway, whether that be further education, training or employment.
We are also proud of our outstanding facilities, which provide modern, flexible and well-equipped learning environments for our students. From specialist spaces in Science, Technology and the Arts to contemporary learning areas that support collaboration and innovation, our facilities enhance the quality of teaching and learning across the College and ensure students have access to the resources they need to succeed.
